     This study is to establish the best telemetric
design for a flood monitoring device.

      Specifically, to answer the following
questions:

1. What is the average values using the following
   parameters:
  a) Water level, and
  b) Response time of the system?

2. What are the physical specifications of the
   designs?


                  Effectiveness of the Telemetric Flood Monitoring Device

3. How much would cost to develop the designs?

4. What is the significant difference between the
   reading in terms of:
  a) Water level, and
  b) Response time of the system?

     i. Actual Reading (human)
     ii. Displayed Reading (LCD/ Indicator)
     iii. Transmitted Reading (Server)
  b) Response time : Critical Water Level
    Two test per trial
  c) 30 trials
