Bush wanted the neediest students to be included in education<br />Students must have Individualized Education Plans(IEP’s) if needed. This allows for students with disabilities to be in class with other students. <br />

They should have access to the general education curriculum, extracurricular activities, or any other program that non-disabled peers would be able to access.<br />
