   The Alliance for a Healthier Minnesota conducted this survey among
    business leaders in Miami-Dade County through November 1, 2012.

   It was held in conjunction with a national survey conducted by the Society
    of Human Resource Management (SHRM); Public Opinion Strategies was
    instrumental in the design of the survey questionnaire and analysis of the
    data.

   The Miami-Dade project is a collaboration of Miami-Dade County Health
    Department, Make Healthy Happen Miami, Greater Miami SHRM, Florida
    Association of Non-Profit Organizations, Florida Small Business
    Development Center, Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, Greater Miami
    Chamber of Commerce ACC Brokers, Chamber South and Coral Gables
    Chamber.

   For the national survey, 406 HR professional respondents from a randomly
    selected sample of SHRM’s membership participated.

Miami-Dade Employers Value Worksite Wellness Initiatives

The Alliance for a Healthier Minnesota conducted this survey among business leaders in Miami-Dade County through November 1, 2012.  It was held in conjunction with a national survey conducted by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM); Public Opinion Strategies was instrumental in the design of the survey questionnaire and analysis of the data.  The Miami-Dade project is a collaboration of Miami-Dade County Health Department, Make Healthy Happen Miami, Greater Miami SHRM, Florida Association of Non-Profit Organizations, Florida Small Business Development Center, Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce ACC Brokers, Chamber South and Coral Gables Chamber.  For the national survey, 406 HR professional respondents from a randomly selected sample of SHRM’s membership participated.  For more findings, visit www.statesofwellness.com SLIDE 2
