This document discusses ICAO Annex 14 Chapter 4 which relates to obstacle restriction and removal. It provides images and descriptions of various surfaces around airports that must be kept clear of obstacles, including the outer horizontal surface, conical surface, inner horizontal surface, approach surfaces, inner approach surface, transitional surfaces, inner transitional surfaces, balked landing surface, obstacle free zone, and take-off climb surface.
