Alignment in action­ Technology Change LMD advised a higher education client to integrate the marketing and recruitment functions by implementing a marketing automation tool compatible with their CRM technology. Retreat Planning & Facilitation LMD designed an interactive strategic planning retreat for a team of senior leaders facing growth challenges. As a result, the team reached consensus on top priorities and developed a one-page strategy map to brief staff. Customer Satisfaction LMD conducted customer interviews for an IT client, revealing that 100% of the accounts were referenceable. Testimonials were documented and used in messaging and marketing. Strategic Decision Making LMD facilitated working sessions for an advisory group to improve collaboration and decision making within a matrixed leadership team. As a result, the team developed a governance process and gained consensus around new offerings based on strategic priorities. Message Training LMD trained a Federal IT team to deliver a consistent message, develop compelling presentations, handle difficult questions and objections, and polish their public speaking skills.
