2. Make 3D models from 2D drawings measuring physical model, from point
cloud data.
Provide solutions to customer for any query related to CAD, like draft
analysis, weight of body, change in model from engineering point of view.
Make Core and cavity for 3D models by mold wizard. I also prepare
drafting sheets with GD&T.
Check uniformity of thickness by thickness analysis
To check draft by draft analysis wizard
To make parting line and parting surfaces
Basic knowledge of tool room.
Basic knowledge of 3axis CNC programming.
