LH Chute and RH Chute Project – Design, Manufacturing and Export
Introduction
Parcel delivery Chute design and Manufacturing – Shipping to
Germany
Business Case/Scope:
To design A special Chute as per client’s basic inputs in the form of
AutoCad Layout.
Goal was to Get if manufactured in India (first time) and ship the LH
and RH versions to the Germany location
Solution:
Making manufacturing drawings of various sub assemblies and
their detailed parts
Details of Assembly drawings.
Get manufactured the complete Chute, Plan and Pack the
consignment, as per Sea freight and deliver

Solution:
Redesigned all the different ten conveyors as per
requirements

Maintenance Platform – Aluminium foundry equipments
Introduction
Maintenance Platform is used to help in
cleaning/Maintenance of deep pits in Aluminum
foundry
Business Case/Scope:
Redesign of Maintenance Platform as per the
project Specification and releases the manufacturing
Drawings.
Solution:
Redesigned the Lifting Platform and Stationary
platform to maintain the overall length span as per
given specifications.
A new Hoist frame designed along with access for
Electrical equipments.
Make separate cable tray arrangement for power and
control cable for easy maintenance.

Industrial Equipment (Air pollution control) : Wet Electrostatic Precipitator Main Structure
Objective:
To design the main structure of a wet electrostatic
Precipitator for a power plant

pollutants from furnace flue gases.
Business Case/Scope:
To create the details for all Structural steel members, Inlet Out let

with BOM.
Solution:
Making manufacturing drawings of the fabricated structure with
shipment details.

Spray Dryer, Storage Tank
Introduction
Spray dryer is the most prevailing air pollution control devise
for removing acid gas in waste incineration. Storage tanks
are used for storing of chemical to be used with dryers.
Business Case/Scope:
To create the details for all Structural steel members, Gusset
Plates & Connection Plates for Bottom Cone, Transition
duct, Girder, Shell & Hot Roof of Spray Dryer along with
BOM.
Create the detailing for Storage tank.
Solution:
Making manufacturing drawings of the fabricated structure
with shipment details.

Transfer Gantry
Transfer Gantry & Raising Beam

Introduction
Transfer Gantry used to carry the Pot Tending machine(PTM)
from one Pot area to other Pot area.
Raising Beam is a machine which moves the PTM up and
down as per cylinder stroke. This complete the continuity of
Rail over building for PTM move.
Business Case/Scope:
Redesign of Transfer Gantry & Raising Beam as per the
project Specification and releases the manufacturing
Drawings.
Solution:
Box pattern wheel guard adopt for the new wheels. Truck body
redesigned accordingly.
Redesigned the columns & Girders to maintain the level and
change in direction.
A new frame designed along with access for Electrical
equipments.
Make separate cable tray arrangement for power and control
cable for easy maintenance.
