year 2011. The company is now one of the leading IRDAI registered insurance broking firms in the country recognized for its

▪ With over 19 Regional Offices and a workforce spread across Pan India, Probus has a unique technology-based online & offline hybrid business

PROCESS
Renewal Process - Robotic process
automation (RPA)
The biggest challenge in the industry to get the
renewal notices timely before the due date. So we
have built-up the Robotic process Automation to
smoothen the process. Our Support team take follow-
up with insurer and get the Renewal policy pdf and
excel and upload those in our RPA system. From the
policy PDF the data is matched with our records and
the Customer/ PoSP/ RMs details are fetched to send
the Renewal notices along with the payment link of the
Insurer. We are using both email and WhatsApp
platform to communicate with our Customer/PoSP in
this entire process.
