Dear Parents :
Greetings ! The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL - Main Campus will
celebrate its annual SCIENCE FAIR from January 23 to 27 ,2012. This major activity
aims to feature and recognize outstanding student projects and student excellence in the
science, math, computer & technology subjects. It will also provide the opportunity for the
PSHS community to reach out and interact with students and teachers from other schools
in Metro Manila and the nearby provinces.
Customarily, we conduct fund raising projects to support the wonderful programs that are
not fully covered by the school budget. However, considering many options, the easiest
and most convenient way to raise the needed money for the fair would be just to lay it at
the parents' feet and ask if we can all work together to share this burden.
'Toallow us to logisticatly prepare early on for this celebration, we have decided to ask if
each parent could contribute P300.00 by August2z,z0lI so we will have enough for all
the activities that will be carried on through the entire week.
For more information, please contact the undersigned at 400-3441 I 929-1603 (telefax) or
(0927)979-1994. You may also email at sciencefair20L2@pshs.edu.ph.
Than-k 1,ou for taking the time to read this letter, and whether you are able to girre or not,
know that we deeply appreciate your dedication.to supporl your child in this highly
respected school.
May God bless your generous hearts.
Sincerely yours,
