Casã de vacantã/pensiune la munte
Totul a pornit de la schi. Familia D. fãcea „naveta” între Bucurešti ši pârtiile din munti atât de des, încât
au ajuns sã se întrebe dacã nu cumva ar fi mai cumsecade sã-ši construiascã propria cabanã, în care
sã tragã ori de câte ori le vine cheful de alunecat pe pârtie, decât sã-ši caute de fiecare datã o
pensiune potrivitã.
Lucrurile au început sã prindã contur în cursul anului 2003, la insistenøele unor prieteni. Ei îši
cumpãraserã un teren potrivit în Cheia, într-o zonã cu douã calitãøi simultane: era încã liberã, „aerisitã”
ši, mai ales, situatã foarte aproape de locul în care, dupã un proiect al Primãriei, urma sã se
construiascã o pârtie excelentã.
Familia D. a cumpãrat un lot generos, cât sã cuprindã o casã încãpãtoare, ši sã rãmânã pe de lãturi ši
o curte zdravãnã, ca de han în toatã legea. Primul rând de lângã pãdure, pe o colinã cu panta atât de
potrivitã încât, atunci când se vor construi vile mai jos, acoperišurile lor tot nu vor reuši sã punã stavilã
privirii...
Urmãtorul an a marcat începutul lucrãrilor. A fost tocmit un constructor serios, cu un portofoliu doldora

potriviøi mešteri locali, care pot fi tocmiøi pentru un šantier serios. Un diriginte de šantier cinstit, plãtit
cumsecade, a supravegheat totul, cu ochi fermi.
Pânã la finele lui 2004, cabana fusese ridicatã la rošu. Peste iarnã n-au mai trebãluit muncitorii,
socotindu-se cã-i mai potrivit sã lucreze însãši casa, dupã regulile ei. Ideea e aplicabilã oricãrei case ši,
mai cu seamã, în cazul acesteia, construite exclusiv cu materiale tradiøionale. De pildã, deši presupune
mai multã muncã ši un cost mãrit al manoperei, s-a optat pentru gletul „tradiøional”, ca soluøie de
acoperire a zidãriei. Aceastã variantã, însã, fãrã îndoialã mai „curatã”, mai ecologicã ši mai durabilã
decât gips-cartonul, presupune o acomodare a întregii case cu terenul ei. În cele dintâi luni zidurile se
mai „ašazã”, iar ici-colo mai apar firave crãpãturi superficiale, pe care e bine sã le poøi astupa înainte
de stratul decorativ.
Lucrãrile au fost reluate când primãvara anului 2005 s-a ašezat trainic la poalele pãdurii brašovene.
Câteva luni mai târziu, în zilele lui septembrie, totul fusese rânduit dupã cum se cuvine, iar Revelionul a
prins familia D. sãrbãtorind un an nou, într-o nouã casã. „A fost o noapte de basm”, povestešte dl
Ghiorghe D.. „Afarã se pusese la cale o ninsoare tolstoianã, cu fulgi mari ši liništiøi, ce alunecau din cer
pe trasee calme, spiralate. Pãdurea, mirosind îmbãtãtor a rãšinã curatã, se albea vãzând cu ochii, ši
înalte troiene se strânseserã ši în curte. Vedeam prin ferestrele largi cum, fãrã nicio exagerare, iarna ne
ia în stãpânire, decisã. Lemnele trosneau în šemineu, rãspândind din belšug mireasmã ši cãldurã...”.
Ši nu numai iarna e splendid aici. Închipuiøi-vã cum e sã locuiešti, vara, într-o cabanã depãrtatã la doar
o duzinã de paši de poalele unui codru grozav, adânc ši rece, cu firicele de apã susurând printre
coløurile de stâncã ce strãpung mušchiul. Cei dintâi brazi de dupã gard au trunchiuri groase cât sã-i
cuprindã-ntre braøe patru voinici cu piepturi largi. „Plecãm din Bucurešti pe o vipie clocotitoare, în care
pânã ši sufletului îi e cald în corp, ši ajungem, douã ceasuri ši ceva mai târziu. Casa se aflã la douã
sute de paši de drumul spre Brašov, într-o cabanã atât de rece, încât trebuie sã ne învelim cu pãturile,
ca sã nu rãcim. Noaptea, dacã lãsãm ferestrele întredeschise, auzim fošnetul brazilor, sporovãiala
micilor lighioane nocturne ori clipocitul firicelului de apã din vale...”.

Arhitectural, vila se înscrie, cuminte, în rândul clãdirilor de munte, cu poalele înfrumuseøate prin
placare cu piatrã. Zidurile sunt strašnice, fãcute sã stea locului indiferent de condiøii: 40 de cm în
grosime, cât o cãrãmidã pusã pe lat ši una pe lung. O apã lungã a acoperišului, ce dã frumuseøe ši
calm clãdirii, se însoøešte potrivit cu douã „creste” avântate. Pe cea de-a doua laturã vecinã cu
pãdurea, mai îngustã, a fost construitã o largã terasã exterioarã, acoperitã sub aceeaši „pulpanã” ca ši
zona de zi a casei; ši ea e placatã cu piatrã, atât stâlpii de susøinere, cât ši podeaua.
Proiectul a fost fãcut de dna arhitect Andreea Urziceanu, anume pentru familia D., øinându-se cont de
numãrul membrilor ei ši, mai ales, de preferinøele lor. Prin urmare, lucrurile fiind clare ši bine precizate
încã de la început, prea multe modificãri n-au mai fost aduse proiectului pe parcursul construcøiei. Doar
în zona locului de luat masa a fost înlocuit podul, necirculabil, cu o reøea de grinzi trainice, suspendate,
a cãror contribuøie esteticã este, într-adevãr, importantã. Acel spaøiu câštigã în înãløime, fãrã sã parã
sterp ši covâršitor, cãci grinzile îl „segmenteazã” foarte eficient.
Stilistica interioarã e construitã dupã un concept tradiøional. Sunt prezente douã culori fundamentale,
albul ši castaniul, care se împacã de minune. Albului i-au revenit zidurile ši tavanele, deci el are
supremaøia ši asigurã casei un aer curat, imaculat. Castaniul ši-a „adjudecat” parchetul, bârnele ši
gresia din locul de zi, el fiind „responsabil” de sugestia de cãldurã, intimitate, dinamism. Larga ši lunga
pasarelã ce mãrginešte spaøiul de noapte e zãgãzuitã de o frumoasã reøea din fier vopsit clasic, în
negru.
Aceleaši precepte ši aceleaši culori „lucreazã” ši la exterior. Albul face regula, iar castaniul o
„însufleøešte”. Partea inferioarã a acoperišului a fost placatã cu scândurã de brad, a cãrei prezenøã se
simte încã ši mai bine la nivelul terasei exterioare, unde suprafaøa lambrisatã este cu adevãrat mare.
Cât privešte partea arhitectului ši a proprietarului, vasãzicã, lucrurile sunt bine fãcute. Naturii, la rându-i,
nu i se poate reproša nimic. Primãria din zonã, însã, pare sã fi pierdut ritmul cu timpurile ši, mai ales, cu
propriile proiecte. De pildã, în Cheia e apã curentã, canalizare ši internet, dar nu e... gaz! Ši, mai ales,
nu e încã pârtie, deši e adusã în discuøie aproape la orice alegeri locale, ca un soi de Cal Troian cu
care se poate sparge rezistenøa alegãtorilor ceva mai dubitativi. Sunt oarece zvonuri cã ar putea fi
începutã (presupunem cã ši terminatã) în cursul acestui an, dar zvonuri au mai fost în fiecare dintre anii
trecuøi. Aceastã incertitudine îl face pe dl D. sã ia în serios eventualitatea vânzãrii casei; ce-i drept, e
cam aiurea sã ai cabanã de schi în România dar, sã mergi pe pârtiile din Austria...

STRUCTURAL AND FINISH CHARACTERISTICS
A – GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The building shall consist of 2 basement levels + ground floor + 6 stories. It shall include a
parking area over two basement levels, commercial areas and a hallway granting access to the
apartments, on the ground floor and a maximum number of twenty four (24) apartments over six
stories.
Each of the six stories shall incorporate a maximum of four apartments.
Each and every apartment shall have access to the basement parking areas.
The access point for both foot and car passengers is situated on Poiana Narciselor street.
The building shall include a stairway and an elevator to be used by all apartment occupiers.
B – STRUCTURE
The building shall incorporate an earthquake-resistant reinforced concrete structure made of:
1. foundations consisting of beams connected to ceilings in reinforced concrete;
2. reinforced-concrete basement perimeter walls, having a minimum thickness of 25 cm;
3. load bearing frame consisting of pillars and beams;
4. reinforced-concrete inter-floor slabs;
5. load bearing pillars for foundations on the entire building perimeter;
6. stairs as per the project, with reinforced concrete load-bearing structure;
7. reinforced-concrete balcony slabs.
C- COMPLEMENTARY WORKS
The external load bearing walls shall be made of Ytong or similar with a minimum thickness of 25 cm;
1. The polystyrene insulation shall have a 5-cm thickness;
2. The walls coming in contact with the ground (basement 1 and 2) shall be water-proofed using
the most appropriate method;
3. The flooring of the -2 level (basement) shall be water-proofed using a bitumen membrane ap-
plied in two layers;
4. The terrace shall have thermal insulation and shall be water-proof as per the provisions of the
law in force;
5. The partition walls between apartments shall be in Ytong or similar of 25-cm thickness;
6. The internal partition walls shall be made of Ytong 10-cm thick;
7. Rainwater shall be discharged from the roof and terraces via the corresponding installations;
8. External facades shall be finished in decorative plastering, of the color chosen by the designer.

Basement 1 / Basement 2
The basement is waterproof and split into two levels primarily destined to parking areas, ensuring the
necessary number of parking spaces for all the apartments of the condominium. Access to basement 1
shall be ensured by an automatic remote-controlled door and shall be permanently supervised by video
cameras. Access to basement 2 shall be ensured through a car elevator amounting to the price of €
25.000 . The basement shall also be accessible directly from the apartments through the stairs and the
elevator. The civil protection shelter, the electrical boxes and other technical spaces are also situated in
the basement. The basement floorings shall be covered with a wear-proof concrete layer and a special
paint, affording aesthetic qualities to the parking areas. The basement shall be equipped with a
mechanical ventilation system for the disposal of carbon monoxide and smoke in the event of a fire,
airlocks for the prevention of a fire spread, safety lighting system. The basement walls and ceilings
shall be plastered. The lighting system for the 2 basement levels shall consist of 5 lighting units per
level with automatic switch on through a motion sensor, according to the electrical system project.
Ground floor
A part of the ground floor shall consist of the hallway leading to the apartments and shall have a granite
flooring, amounting to €/sqm 35.00, with marble inlays, amounting to €/sqm 35.00. The lighting system
for the 2 basement levels shall consist of 4 ceiling lighting units with automatic switch on through a
motion sensor. The access door shall be in aluminium and double glazing, with safety glass and
automatic closing mechanism. An intercommunication system shall also be provided. The porch with
stairs and ramp for persons with motor disabilities shall grant access in the hallway, in the commercial
area. This area shall provide connection to the apartments via the intercommunication system and a 10
A+T socket. The reception and security area, the superintendent’s office, the stairs, the elevator and
the relating spaces are also located in this area.
The other part of the ground floor shall be employed as a luxury commercial area (tea house,
bookshop, etc.), provided with a separate entrance so that the access of persons in this area may not
disturb the occupiers of the building.
Elevator
The IFMA elevator shall accommodate 4-5 passengers, shall also be accessible to passengers with
disabilities and shall provide direct access from the basement parking lots, with stops at every floor.
The price of the elevator is of € 25.000 .
1st story / 6th story
The 1st to 6th stories shall incorporate a hallway with areas for stairs and elevator and the apartments
distributed as per the floor plan. The floor shall be in granite, amounting to €/sqm 35.00 with marble

3. Common elements
The facades shall be insulated using extruded polystyrene at ground floor level and expanded
polystyrene for the rest of the stories, with decorative plastering coated with water-proof paint (BAUMIT
thermo-system).
Each apartment has balconies or terraces, coated with external skid-proof sandstone tiles, amounting
to €/sqm 24.00 with the corresponding plinth.
The external woodwork shall be made in PVC, with thermo-insulated windows for 5 rooms. The
external jambs shall be made of PVC and the internal jambs shall be made of PVC or wood or marble
upon request.
The apartment doors shall be metallic with fake wood finishes on both sides; the interior side shall be in
steel. The doors shall have a three-point lock mechanism and shall amount to €/piece 197 .
The interior doors shall be made of wood, PINUM brand, TT Venghe or Tanganica model. Clients shall
choose the color of the interior doors according to the model. The price of the interior doors is of
€/piece 166.00.
Each apartment shall be equipped with its own heating installation comprising a BERETTA or
ARISTON gas boiler with proper dimensions, to be installed on the wall in each apartment. The gas
boilers shall ensure the hot water flow and the heating of the apartments. The ROMSTAL aluminium
radiators shall have heating panels with dimensions corresponding to the size of the room and shall be
equipped with valves. Regular radiators or towel radiators shall be installed in the bathrooms.
The heating, sanitary and electrical installations shall be designed and carried out as per the legislation
in force.
The warm flooring in the day area and the night area shall consist of a three-layered parquet with oak,
Venghe or Tek-Indonesia wear layer, at the price of €/sqm 40.00 with the corresponding plinth. The
cold flooring in the bathroom and the kitchen shall consist of Italian ceramic sandstone tiles (MARAZZI
or GRANITI FIANDRE), amounting to €/sqm 24.00 with the corresponding plinth. The bathroom walls
shall be covered with MARAZZI tiles up to the height of 2.40 m, amounting to €/sqm 24.00. The kitchen
walls shall be covered with the same type of tiles, on a length of 6.00m and up to a height of 1.60m,
amounting to €/sqm 24.00. Each apartment is equipped with Daikin or Mitsubishi multi split air
conditioners, installed in every room, for a maximum thermal comfort during summer time.
Separate cold water, electricity and gas meters are installed in every apartment.
The stairway shall be protected with metallic doors to avoid the spreading of a potential fire.
The clients may also opt for other materials at the same price for the interior finishes. Balconies shall
feature a skid-proof sandstone flooring with the corresponding plinth and a metallic balustrade.
The internal partition walls between the apartments shall be made of 25-cm-Ytong for a good sound-
proofing, while the partition walls within an apartment shall be made of 10-cm-Ytong. The internal walls
shall be coated with high quality water-proof paint.
The OPEN SPACE option – total freedom of choice of the preferred configuration without the
modification of the placement of the bathrooms and kitchens.

1. DISTINCŢIA ÎNTRE SPAŢIILE PRIVATE ŞI COMUNE
Sunt considerate private spaţiile, suprafeţele şi părţile imobilului rezervate uzajului exclusiv al
unui proprietar.
Descriere spaţii private:
□0 Interiorul apartamentelor, inclusiv uşa de la intrare, ferestre, balustradele şi glafurile teraselor
şi/sau balcoanelor şi curţile private ale apartamentelor de la parter (dacă este cazul).

sort de tablă.
Imobilul este dotat cu un ascensor marca OTIS (SUA) sau similar.
Garajul va fi prevăzut cu o uşă acţionată cu telecomandă.
2.1. FINISAJE SPAŢII PRIVATE
PEREŢII
Pereţii interiori de separaţie vor fi realizaţi în două feluri, în funcţie de tipul lor:
- din cărămidă roşie cu goluri verticale sau BCA tip VERBLOCK pe care se aplică tencuială, glet
de ispos şi vopsea lavabilă de culoare albă marca ATLAS (Grecia) sau similar;
- sistem de gips carton compus din 2 placi GK 2X12,5 fixate pe un suport de osatură metalică de
tip profil "C", ansamblul fiind realizat cu un izolant termico-acustic de tip vată minerală.
PLAFOANELE
Toate plafoanele vor fi realizate dintr-un sistem de gips carton compus din placă GK, fixat pe un
suport de osatură metalică ancorată prin tijă suspensoare reglabilă de planşeul din BA. Acesta se va
chitui la rosturi şi se va finisa cu vopsea lavabilă de culoare albă marca ATLAS (Grecia) sau similar; în
funcţie de destinaţia încăperii se va folosi placă normală (RB) sau placă rezistentă la umezeală (RBI).
PARDOSELI
În living-room şi dormitoare se montează (model englezesc) parchet masiv din stejar (umiditate
max. 10%), fixat prin lipire, apoi raşchetat şi lăcuit. Pentru montajul şi finisajul parchetului se vor folosi
produse marca VERMEISTER (Italia) sau similar: grund de şapă, adeziv bicomponent, chit, grund de
lemn, lac-mat sau lucios, în funcţie de opţiunea beneficiarului. Garanţia pentru montaj este de 1 an de
zile.
În grupurile sanitare, băi, hol, vestibul, scara interioară, debara şi bucătărie, se montează
ceramică de tip gresie import Italia (MARAZZI, ITALGRANITI sau similar).
Pe terase şi balcoane se va monta gresie de exterior (porţelanată).
NOTĂ: În cazul pardoselii de la apartamentele situate la parter, pe planşeul dintre subsol şi
parter se va aplica un izolant termic de tip polistiren extrudat.
TÂMPLĂRII
Tâmplăriile exterioare sunt de tip termopan cu profil PVC REHAU (Germania) sau similar şi geam
termopan low-e SAINT- GOBAIN (Franţa) 24 mm (4-16-4) sau similar. Feronerie reglabilă pe 3 direcţii
GU (Germania) sau similar.
Uşile de interior sunt de tip celular, cu finisaj stejar, marca PORTA (Polonia) sau similar.
Uşile de intrare în apartament sunt de tip celular, acoperite pe ambele feţe cu câte o placă de
aluminiu şi HDF, cu finisaj stejar, marca PORTA (Polonia) sau similar.
OBIECTE SANITARE
NOTA:
În apartamentele cu 2 camere va fi prevăzută o baie.
În apartamentele cu 3 camere va fi prevăzut un grup sanitar, respectiv o baie.
În baie sunt prevăzute următoarele echipamente:

2.2. INSTALAŢII
2.2.1. ÎNCĂLZIREA ŞI CLIMATIZAREA
Încălzirea apartamentului se face prin centrală termică individuală de apartament, de tip tiraj
forţat sau natural, amplasată în spaţiul special prevăzut în bucătărie. Încălzirea se va realiza cu corpuri
statice, după cum urmează:
• Radiatoare din oţel tip HENRAD sau similar - spaţii comune, spaţii private (living, dormi-
toare, bucătărie)
• Radiatoare de baie din oţel (spalier-portprosop) tip RADOX sau similar - grup sanitar, baie.
Radiatoarele vor fi prevăzute cu cap thermostatic.
Alimentarea cu apă rece se face printr-o staţie de hidrofor proprie.
Fiecare apartament va avea contorizare proprie pentru apă rece, apă caldă sanitară şi agent
termic (dacă este cazul).
Distribuţia agentului termic la corpurile statice se va realiza din ţeavă de cupru izolată cu elastomer tip
Armaflex sau similar. Climatizarea se va realiza cu aparate de aer condiţionat tip monosplit acţionat cu
telecomandă tip ACSON sau similar, cu capacitate de răcire/incălzire după cum urmează:
• Living: 9000 BTU/hr.
• Dormitoare (câte unul pentru fiecare cameră): 7000 BTU/hr.
2.2.2. INSTALAŢIILE SANITARE
Pentru asigurarea debitului şi presiunii necesare pentru apă potabilă, la subsolul imobilului se
prevede o staţie de hidrofor comună pentru tot imobilul. Consumul de apă rece va fi contorizat pe
fiecare apartament în parte cu apometre.
Distribuţia de apă se realizează prin ţevi de polietilenă şi polipropilenă izolată cu elastomer de tip
Armaflex sau similar.
2.2.3 INSTALAŢIILE ELECTRICE
Alimentarea cu energie electrică a consumatorilor electrici din imobil se va face din tabloul
electric general amplasat în subsol, prin intermediul tablourilor secundare de distribuţie (tablou electric
spaţii comune, tablouri individuale de apartament).
Tabloul electric pentru spaţii comune cuprinde aparatajul de protecţie pentru circuitele de iluminat
şi prize din subsol, din exterior şi de pe casa scării, precum şi pentru echipamentele tehnice din
subsolul imobilului.
Tablourile de apartament vor fi instalate în fiecare apartament sau la nivelul unuia dintre spaţiile
comune, într-un loc predesemnat în conformitate cu proiectul de arhitectură.
Tablourile electrice vor fi dotate cu siguranţe automate MOELLER sau similar.
2.2.4. CIRCUITELE DE ILUMINAT/ CIRCUITELE DE PRIZE
Circuitele de alimentare a corpurilor de iluminat sunt separate de cele pentru alimentarea
prizelor.

Comanda iluminatului se va face manual, prin intermediul comutatoarelor şi/sau a
întrerupătoarelor. Înălţimea de montaj a întrerupătoarelor şi comutatoarelor va fi cuprinsă între 0.8 -1.2
m (stabilită de constructor şi proprietar), măsurată de la nivelul pardoselii finite până în axul aparatului.
Înălţimea de montaj a prizelor este de aprox. 0.3 m, măsurată de la nivelul pardoselii finite până
în axul prizei, cu excepţia prizelor din bucătărie, care se montează la 1.2-1.5m, corelat cu planul de
mobilare. Consumatorii de forţă - echipamentele tehnice din subsol, ascensorul, aparatele de
climatizare, hota - cuptorul electric, maşina de spălat - sunt alimentate pe circuite separate.
Echipamente electrice- intrerupătoare, prize electrice, prize telefon, prize internet - utilizate vor fi
BTICINO - gama "Luna" (Italia) sau similar.
CORPURILE DE ILUMINAT/ PUNCTELE DE LUMINĂ
Toate camerele vor fi pregătite pentru conectarea la corpurile de iluminat (spoturi, aplice, plafoniere etc.)
NOTA: Spoturile/plafonierele/aplicele vor fi aprovizionate de proprietar. În băi vor fi montate aplice speciale pe
oglinzi.
CIRCUITELE DE TELEFONIE
Circuitele de telefonie sunt executate cu cablu de telecomunicaţii tip UTP având diametrul
conductorului 0,6 mm. Cablurile sunt montate protejate împotriva deteriorării mecanice în tuburi de
protecţie din PVC (tip IPY). Prizele de telefonie sunt prevăzute la o înălţime de aprox. 0.3m de nivelul
pardoselii finite. Living-ul şi fiecare dormitor va avea prevăzut câte un punct de conectare la reţeaua de
telefonie fixă.
CIRCUITELE DE DISTRIBUŢIE TV
Circuitele pentru televiziune sunt realizate cu cablu coaxial TV, cu impedanţă 75 ohms, protejate
impotriva deteriorării mecanice în tuburi de protecţie din PVC (tip IPY). Locurile de prize de antenă se
vor prevedea la o înălţime de aproximativ 0,3 m de la nivelul pardoselii finite. Livingul şi fiecare dormitor
va avea prevăzut câte un punct de conectare la reţeaua de distribuţie TV.
CIRCUITELE DE ALARMĂ
În fiecare apartament se va face pregătirea pentru instalarea unui sistem de alarmă (ţeava,
frânghie) cu senzori în hol intrare, bucătărie, living, cele 2 dormitoare.
INSTALAŢIE DE INTERFONIE
Pentru realizarea instalaţiei de interfonie este prevăzut câte un post în fiecare apartament şi un
post + yală electromagnetică la uşa de acces în imobil. Executarea lucrărilor se realizează cu
respectarea legislaţiei în vigoare, în România, la data execuţiei.
NOTE: Discrepanţele de 2% între dimensiunile clădirii care apar şi dimensiunile reale, precum şi
discrepanţa de 5% între cantităţile şi dimensiunile accesoriilor din specificaţie şi cantităţile şi
dimensiunile reale sunt rezonabile şi nu vor fi considerate ca o abatere de la prezenta descriere.
În situaţia unei diferenţe în plus sau în minus între dimensiunile contractate şi cele reale la
finalizarea apartamentului mai mari de 2 %, diferenţa în plus sau în minus a preţului final se va calcula
prin raportare la preţul pe mp avut în vedere la data contractării apartamentului.
În cazul în care de pe piaţă lipseşte orice accesoriu şi / sau material şi / sau produs de orice fel
specificat în această documentaţie, constructorului i se va permite să le înlocuiască cu un alt accesoriu

• RESPONSIVENESS— THE HOSPITAL WILL BE RESPONSIVE TO THE PEOPLE AND COMMUNI-
TIES IT SERVES AND WILL SEEK PARTNERSHIPS WITH COMMUNITIES TO ACHIEVE BETTER
HEALTH FOR ROMANIAN PEOPLE.
• HIGH QUALITY HEALTH SERVICES—RESIDENTS AND VISITORS TO THE HOSPITAL WILL HAVE
ACCESS TO HIGH QUALITY HEALTH SERVICES IN AN APPROPRIATE SETTING.
• INTEGRATION— THE HOSPITAL WILL CREATE A SINGLE HEALTH CARE ORGANIZATION TO

4. OPPORTUNITY OF THE PROJECT
THIS PROJECT PROPOSAL IS BASED ON THE HEALTH MINISTRY STATISTICS WHICH PROVE
THAT THE HEALTH CARE SERVICES IN ROMANIA STILL DON’T COVER AN IMPORTANT NUMBER OF
MEDICAL SPECIALITIES, THE TREATMENTS FOR THESE ONES BEING DIRECTED OUT OF ROMANIA OR
ARE NOT AT ALL EXECUTED, THEIR COSTS BEING ANYWAY EXTREMELY BIG.
