AI and risks to inclusivity
The AI is (currently) fed with European Industry reports, and screening European CV’s.
 It starts to recognize the engineers who fit the profiles of the emerging skills gap
 BUT! If a resume with equal competencies/skills but different use of concepts is used =>
those profiles do not rank as high in the Mix and Match outcomes (profile matching)
 Actively welcoming CVs from engineers educated around the globe, to ensure a more
balanced matching of the skills gap.

  • 8. www.innoenergy.com AI and risks to inclusivity The AI is (currently) fed with European Industry reports, and screening European CV’s.  It starts to recognize the engineers who fit the profiles of the emerging skills gap  BUT! If a resume with equal competencies/skills but different use of concepts is used => those profiles do not rank as high in the Mix and Match outcomes (profile matching)  Actively welcoming CVs from engineers educated around the globe, to ensure a more balanced matching of the skills gap. 8
