2. Women face many social challenges today whether it be
working in unorganized/organized sector, to raise children
amidst the harsh economic crisis; social systems (child
marriage, unwelcome of girl child, customs). A woman is
dynamic in the many roles she plays. (Mother, Sister,
Friend, Spouse, Leader, etc)

3.  The management of self empowers women to face the
present challenges by providing tools and techniques
that help to eliminate individual stress.
 A sense of community spirit is created that allows for
women to face these similar challenges as a team rather
than individually.
 It encourages women to find practical solutions to their
challenges so that each one becomes self-dependent in
their own right.

4. Know yourself - Physically, emotionally, psychologically,
intellectually in order to effectively explore, experience
and express your own actions toward the achievement of
objectives i.e. goal setting, decision making, focusing,
self development, etc.

positive attributes.
