The PIVOT method provides a clear and structured way to answer questions on the appropriateness of methods applied to problem-solving, focusing on the
problem you faced, the initiative you took, the value you provided, the outcome you achieved, and the takeaway or lesson learned. It can be used for a wide
range of interview questions, such as questions about leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and innovation.
