O Your muscles need fuel, your brain cells
  need fuel

O Increase blood circulation and you will
  increase amount of fuel that each of your
  tiny cells get

O Use every muscle in your body, every day
Step 3 – Good Thoughts
O Start your day by answering the question:


   What is it that you are thankful for?

O If you cannot come up with an answer, what about your
  2 arms and 2 legs, your eyes and ears. There’s always
  something to be thankful for.
Step 4 – Punish Negativity
O Whenever you notice yourself feeling
 angry, sad or depressed, understand that
 it is just a state that you can change from

O Whenever it happens, make yourself do
 something active: stand up, raise your
 hands up, do a couple of squats or even
 do push ups (if your condition allows)!
Step 5 - Meditate
O Learn to let go of your thoughts and
  useless mind chatter.

O Focus your mind on breathing, feel the air
  coming in and out of your nostrils
