A little bit about Wildwood School
•  Elementary – 1971
•  An elementary school curriculum that is experiential, academically
challenging, project-based, and that honors the many ways in
which children learn
•  Middle/Upper School – 2000
•  The middle and upper school program maintains Wildwood's
learner-centered curriculum and incorporates a dynamic college
preparatory program. The upper school curriculum provides the
knowledge and skills students need for college success, while
small class sizes ensure personal attention and allow students to
build meaningful relationships with teachers and peers

intellectual activities will and should inform their graduates
lives.” -Ted Sizer, education reform advocate
•  “The essence of “Habit” is an acquired predisposition to
ways or modes of response…Simply, a person exercises
their habits by being sensitive to a range of issues and
predisposed to think and to act in the full light of that
sensitivity.” -John Dewey
