(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : So you and I spoke laste in
March. So.
How have you been?
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : I've been so so, I've been able to
handle well,
I've been able to get a lot of work done.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : Good. Good.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : The heat of the summer
has not been a problem
for you?
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : I have Air Conditioning and
everything.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : Good. Good. Yeah, what I
find is that people with

3. air Conditioning they tend to sleep better, and their mood
does better.
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : Yeah, there is a few stressful
things like almost hydroplaning
on the way from Oregon to Washington.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : Oh, no kidding, so there is
water on the road.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : So where did that happen.
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : On the way to Klammath Falls,
Oregon.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : Unintelligable.
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : Like a couple of weeks ago.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : Yeah, I do not like that
feeling at all.
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : You have to be a competent
driver to do that.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : Did my folks give you a
form to fill out or not?
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : This is just instructions, that is
all it is.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : When we spoke last, you
were using extended release of
Depakote, probably four of those in the morning, and then
Olanzapine or Zyprexa.
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : Yeah, at night.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : So if you do that, when do
you sleep and wake up?
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : Different hours, but I tend to
wake up consistently about the same

4. time. It can be Eight Oclock, but I take my Depakote
every time.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : So you go to bed anywhere
from Eight to Eleven?
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : Yeah, I guess so, that sounds
about right.
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : I've started my day at different
hours.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : If you're sleeping from
eight to five that's great, if you're
sleeping from eleven to five I hope the next night you get
more time to sleep.
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : Yeah, these random noise
campaigns, and it's just like what the hell?
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : You look well, but how is
your apetite for food?
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : I gotta limit it now, I gotta make
sure I do not eat too much.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : I am more worried about
people that do not eat enough.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : So You are gonna turn
Thirty One.
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : Yeah, in September Twenty Nine.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : So this is a prime time to
start saying, well yeah I cannot just
eat everything that is in the house.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : And, lets see so after I saw
you, you came in and got your blood

5. drawn, and your Depakote Level was right on, Kidney
and liver were right on as well.
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : Standard.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : So it was like nothing,
nothing bad.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : How are you getting along
with your folks and your brother?
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : Yeah we get along just fine,
sometimes I have to just stay in my own lane,
and stay alone, because things can happen, family can get
into arguments, things like that.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : How does your brother get
along with your parents?
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : I Do Not Know, at one point he
was into some religion, I do not know what it
was, I do not know anything about religion.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : Interesting, how about
that. Well, people do different stuff.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : Religion cause conflict?
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : Sometimes Religion can cause
conflict, as long as you stay away from that,
and stay within you own lane, no conflict.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : Some topics, you just do
not talk about that.
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : Yeah.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : As long as he did not try to
convert you.
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : No. No.

6. (Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : So your folks are probably
in their fifties I would suppose.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : So their health is doing
okay?
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : My mother has a little bit of
medical issues, she is undergoing chemo,
and so I have to do things for them I have to Pump Gas
for them, I have to do everything for them.
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : Yeah and I have to get his Ice
Pack for him and get his Insulin for him.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : Chemotherapy for like
cancer?
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : Yeah, mom has to get
Chemotherapy for something and she had a blocked
kidney, so she had to get a stint for that.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : So is she loosing her hair?
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : She got her hair back.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : Wow. So she had some
serious stuff.
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : She knows about alternative,
natural treatments that seem to work good too.
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : You know some people can
believe in something and think it works.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : Well, I'm glad she is still
with us. That lets me know something serious
is going on.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : So your father feels
stressed and has got to deal with the diabetes.

7. (Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : I just want to make sure I
got the right pharmecy, Safeway.
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : YES.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : So what I have done there
is the Depakote and Olanzapine gonna last Until
Early March. The Lorazepam I have not put refills on
that for more than a year.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : And then you're not taking
any other medications for like blood pressure.
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : NO. Not really. NO. Just take a
few supplements.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : That's the way to be, yeah.
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : Then if that is okay we will
step out of here and have you get on with your
day. Did you have any other questions for me?
(Scott Alan Barry ME) : NO. (DEFINATELY NOT OF
COURSE NOT) ... ;
(Stephen Lykins Psychiatrist) : Yeah, so your among one
