This document proposes reviving the Old Naga River to benefit the next generation. The project aims to reflect Naga's Spanish heritage, restore the river environment, and promote public access and tourism along the riverfront. The master plan includes restoring the river's clean environment, increasing transportation options, and adding pedestrian paths. Benefits would be reducing pollution, flood hazards, and traffic while encouraging small businesses, recreation, and tourism that could financially and economically stabilize the city.
