This document provides guidance on following up with prospects in multi-level marketing. It recommends following up within 24 hours, being consistent with follow ups, and understanding the prospect's motivations ("why") which could be to make supplemental income, build wealth, or use the products. The document outlines three levels of conversation - exposures, learning prospects' needs, and knowing the available follow up tools like intro videos, websites, phone numbers, and webinars. The goal is to understand prospects' needs and upgrade them to new products or leadership levels as they progress.
