To multiply decimals...
don't line up the decimal points
multiply then count the decimal places
locate where the decimal point goes in the answer
To divide decimals
IF the divisor is a whole number, just bring the point
straight up into the quotient then divide!
IF the divisor is a decimal number...move the point
over over up into the quotient then divide!
