1. Professional – Well-read, willing to take learning risks, open
to classroom observation, lead learner.
2. Inexperienced – Enthusiastic. Unsure of the big picture
but will develop if nurtured by a professional teacher
3. Anxious – Needs to move forward in small steps to avoid
confusion
4. Academic – Fails to transfer knowledge to the real world.
