This is a list of college textbooks and reference books on writing, photography, broadcasting, graphic arts and public relations. The Navy Mass Communication Specialist Chief's Mess is using these books as a guide to rewrite the Rate Training Manual for Navy MCs.
1. MC Reference List
The MC CPO Mess is developing a new Rate Training Manual for Navy
Mass Communication Specialists. We are using a selection of textbooks
and reference books on our craft as our guide. When you read the new
RTM, we want you to know where the information you’re reading came
from and give you the opportunity to go to the source material if you
choose.
Here’s the start of the MC Reference List. This will change slightly as we
get deeper into the rewrite and add a new reference or take one of these
out. But all of these books are incredible references for anyone who loves
our craft and wants to dive deeper into how it’s all made.
