Teaching has always been a part of my life. The idea of learning new things intrigued me from a
young age. I watched my older brother go to school for years before I finally started my first day of
kindergarten. I recall begging my mom to buy me a book–bag and give me homework to do like my
brother received. I was fascinated with school and once I started kindergarten, I loved it. My
kindergarten teacher made the classroom feel like home and encouraged us to always be our best.
This is also where the idea of becoming a teacher started brewing in my brain. There was one

When I first come to Saint Cloud High School, I was uncertain of how I would fit into the world

there to guide me. Although his overloaded job keeps him at station for an eternity, he quickly
maneuvers through the overwhelming pile of work, and somehow still finds time to help me study
for a test, help me finish my homework, and play games with me. When a monstrous test is
charging at me with all of its might, he uses his brilliant mind to swiftly teach me how to defeat the
test with a triumphant score. Then comes the period of activity, the hardest part of his day, the part
where he almost always quits and leaves: the workout. With a determination to become physically
