Mr. John Macasio is the project lead of the
ARALAN NETDESK He has been aggregating,
reviewing and promoting freely shareable
software and web services for teachers from
2004 to present. He serveS as manager in
Redfox Technologies, focusing on promoting

Mr. Macasio was ICT Services Consultant to
the Office of the Secretary, Department of
Education. He was directly involved in the
DepEd Computerization Project from year
2007-2010. He was the resource person in
the design, review and implementation of

He was the lead author of the textbook
project – Computer Literacy for Children
published by Rex Bookstore. He was the
project lead in the local implementation of
Intel Skoool multimedia learning project in
the Philippines.

from 2004-2006. He was the resource

projects of CICT.
