HEALTH CAMPAIGN PITCH
THE TITLE
The title of my campaign on health is called, “
Living A Healthy Active lifestyle”.
I chose this because…
• I want people especially females to understand
what a healthy active lifestyle is?
• How to live a healthy active lifestyle?
• The concepts of a healthy lifestyle
• The positives which would influence more
women people
EXPLANATION OF HEALTHY ACTIVE
LIFESTYLE
So what is a healthy active lifestyle? It is a lifestyle that
contributes positively to…
• Physical - Regular exercise, Gym, Physical Activity's
• Mental - Diets, Consuming enough Vitamin C,
carbohydrates and fibre
• Social - Leisure time, clubs and interacting with others
AUDIENCE
My target audience is towards….
• Females
• 16-19 year olds
• All ethnic groups
• Social groups that don't engage in Sports
• Social groups that don’t eat 5 a day
SLOGAN - “BE PRECISE, JUST EXERCISE”.
The reasons I came to this conclusions because….
• Catchy and influential
• Rhymes
• Covers my campaign idea,
• Unique
• Short
RESOURCES FACTS AND SOURCES
• Over 12.5 million children and teens in the US are obese. In the last 30 years, obesity in children and teens has
nearly tripled.
• In a survey taken in 2011 13.1% of teens admitted to skipping breakfast in the past 7 days, while 11.3% had
drunk 3+ servings of soda per day in the same time frame.
• In 2011, more than 15% of the students were overweight, and more than 12% admitted to starving themselves
for 24 hours or more in the last month in an attempt to lose weight.
• Physical activity like aerobic exercise (walking, running), muscle-strengthening (weight-lifting), bone-
strengthening (jumping rope), and balance and stretching activities (yoga, pilates, dancing) are especially
beneficial to a healthy body.
• For teens, the recommended caloric intake is 2,100 calories, but it is important to base your diet on your level
of physical activity. Depending on how active you are, you can determine how many daily calories are healthy
for your weight and lifestyle.
POSTER CAMPAIGN MOCK-UP
• A unique layout with personal designs
• Colours used are Blue and White
• Image of a Gym to suggest fitness
• Different font to Title and slogan
RADIO ADVERT IDEAS
• Conversation debate on why not many females get involved in
physical activities
• How to influence them to get more involved.
• To do this I could use research facts on a healthy active lifestyle.
• I could speak with a female that does live this lifestyle which may
inspire the audience.
• I am going to use the same format as the radio station talk sport as
it is very effective.
• This would work well with my campaign.
TV ADVERT IDEAS
• Two different people
• One Lazy and One Active
• Shows the different personality of each of them
• A speaker talking about reasons why being active is good for you long
term and for your health
• Facts on Health
TIME PLAN
• A week to plan and finalise campaign
• A day for my mock up poster
• A day to think about TV Advert ideas
• A day to think about Radio Ideas
FINISH IMPACT
I hope I have inspired people to get involved
in physical activity's such as clubs, youth
centres and gyms and remember… Be
Precise, Just Exercise.
