OVERVIEW
We are leading management consulting firm for SMEs with mission to focus on both
the management team and the company to identify their highest-value
opportunities, address their most critical challenges, and transform their enterprises.
We will retain business strategy consultants as needed in order to assist our clients
in the evolving market places and technologies. We refer to this as the strategy-
driven approach.
We strive to produce sustainable impactful results to for each service provided.
As part of our consulting services, we will help our clients identify business
objectives and create and prioritize a portfolio of initiatives to increase the
profitability and efficiency of their businesses. We design these initiatives to offer a
variety of ways to maximize profitability in the new economic environment that has
resulted from the widespread acceptance of technology.
After creating an initial strategy, we architect and build scalable objectives that can
be adapted over time to meet our clients’ evolving needs. We assist our clients in
implementing these strategies by linking the strategies with varied controls and
systems and deploying the applications. We refer to the strategies that we develop
and implement as well as our consulting services as “solutions” because our clients
use these services to solve business problems or achieve business goals.
We are well-known in making a small change to lead great positive impact
to our clients.

results, and yet systematic to maintain the quality of work done.

A very professional approach and yet flexible to adjust to suit clients as they grow.
We broadly use 4 approaches in delivering our services.
Pre-engagement
We start relationship building instead of business building first so that we can
understand each other without commercial intend attached.
Through short but concise discussions, both parties understand each other better.
This further help us to build into partnership than a provider and customer
relationship.
We use our proprietary analytical skills and methods to quickly scope the clients'
needs and proposes so that we can make an irresistible attractive offers to maximise
their ROIs and planned results.
A friendly approach with a great plan to start off.
Engagement
We know that custom solutions yield the greatest competitive advantage and value
for our clients.
Strategy-driven approach includes:
 Holistic model to understand clients (the directors and the organisation)
 Address business needs into two levels:
o Most critical solutions for current urgent needs
o Overall strategy for a portfolio solution
 Develop and launch various objectives in a sequence that is designed to
maximize profitability and shareholder value over the long term.

Our commitment to entrepreneurial innovation allows us to provide our clients with
professional services from consultants who have extensive SMEs experience. Our
delivery model is based upon a proprietary methodology that we call SUCCESS
design. This methodology is designed to ensure that we:
 involve all of our competencies in each phase of our engagements;
 leverage on the standards, benchmarks and approaches we have developed;
and
 comply detailed control procedures that are designed to ensure that we are
delivering high quality solutions.
Portfolio based approach includes:
When the matters are complex, we develop portfolio strategy. This can be a
roadmap by which solutions are arranged to achieve their respective goals with
intention to design optimal portfolios and its implication to achieve the company’s
values and profit in long term.
Multi-disciplinary approach coupled with strong capabilities and a holistic viewpoint
to help them build world-class, multi-billion dollar companies. This improves cash
flows, productivity, profits, and to fully grown organisations.
We design and manage the portfolio professionally and further broken down into
various programmes where the programmes are further broken down into respective
arranged projects to achieve various objectives in a sequence to maximize
profitability and shareholder value over the entire portfolio period.
Service based approach includes:
We render services for clients on professional tasks such as financial/ business
review, marketing strategies, problems solving, taxation, project audit, mentor,
coach, critical business advises, and other services.
These services are usually repeatable to help clients to achieve a specified outcome.
All services include consistent quality check to ensure minimum standards met.
Post-engagement
We strongly believe that the end is another beginning. The first seed is the wisdom
gain from the previous experiences. Without this seed, we need to rebuild such
wisdom before or during the next course of actions, which are both wasting of time
and resources. Not reviewing these experiences is equal to wasting invaluable
assets for future growth. We judge the outcomes of the engagement and learn how
to be better next time.
We conduct post-engagement review and insightful business review for clients to
learn how can be we better, understand the business better, and detect possible
danger ahead.
We conduct regular follow up with the intention to understand clients and help them
to grow smoothly.

Agile Approach
We are flexible to stretch and customise our services according to clients’ needs
before and during the course of serving the clients.
Through agile approach, we respond to unpredictability through time boxed,
incremental, interactive work cadences.
At any time, we hold a high level of analytical skills and unbiased judgement to
ensure ONLY quality suggestions and decisions made. Our vast knowledge and skills
shaped us with the capabilities to make the best adjustments instantly to benefit the
clients most in term of agreed packages and solutions proposed while still focus on
the business goals.
We believe such approach serve our clients’ best as their companies grow as time
passes.
Responsible Decision
Every conscious moment is another decision. A decision can be a trivial yawn or
important $100 million investment. The cumulative impact of decisions (even though
each one of them individually is small) is what determines the overall quality of life
(personally and business), thus “don’t take decisions lightly”. We adopts a
systematic and robust decision making models to help our clients to become very
successful. The “decision” is the key to the success door.

Our Consultants
Our team of principal consultants are experienced CEO, CFO, General Manager,
Regional Manager, Regional Director in MNCs and SMEs. Multi-disciplines and with
experience and capability to build world-class multi-billion company.
Our principal consultants are experienced in helping SMEs to become successful
from Startup to IPO stage.
Clients
We have 2 major groups of clients – the SMEs and the entrepreneurs mainly in Asia
Pacific Region. Clients from other regions who seek an establishment in Asia Pacific
Region also engage our services, this includes emerging economies like South Africa.
Most clients initially come to us for either strategic planning, human matters,
financial restructuring, or IT solution. However, the clients subsequently take up
our strategy-driven approach as long-term relationship for us to partner with them
for SUCCESS design.
Occasionally, we also serves MNCs, many are world class leaders like Reed
Exhibition, Philips Electronics, and MFS Technology.

8Rs Management, first ever comprehensive holistic framework for all the

We will retain business strategy consultants as needed in order to assist our clients in the evolving market places and technologies. We refer to this as the strategy- driven approach. We strive to produce sustainable impactful results to for each service provided. As part of our consulting services, we will help our clients identify business objectives and create and prioritize a portfolio of initiatives to increase the profitability and efficiency of their businesses. We design these initiatives to offer a variety of ways to maximize profitability in the new economic environment that has resulted from the widespread acceptance of technology. After creating an initial strategy, we architect and build scalable objectives that can be adapted over time to meet our clients’ evolving needs. We assist our clients in implementing these strategies by linking the strategies with varied controls and systems and deploying the applications. We refer to the strategies that we develop and implement as well as our consulting services as “solutions” because our clients use these services to solve business problems or achieve business goals. We are well-known in making a small change to lead great positive impact to our clients.

Pre-engagement We start relationship building instead of business building first so that we can understand each other without commercial intend attached. Through short but concise discussions, both parties understand each other better. This further help us to build into partnership than a provider and customer relationship. We use our proprietary analytical skills and methods to quickly scope the clients' needs and proposes so that we can make an irresistible attractive offers to maximise their ROIs and planned results. A friendly approach with a great plan to start off. Engagement We know that custom solutions yield the greatest competitive advantage and value for our clients. Strategy-driven approach includes:  Holistic model to understand clients (the directors and the organisation)  Address business needs into two levels: o Most critical solutions for current urgent needs o Overall strategy for a portfolio solution  Develop and launch various objectives in a sequence that is designed to maximize profitability and shareholder value over the long term. Our delivery model is based upon a proprietary methodology that we call SUCCESS design. Portfolio based approach includes: When the matters are complex, we develop portfolio strategy. This can be a roadmap by which solutions are arranged to achieve their respective goals with intention to design optimal portfolios and its implication to achieve the company’s values and profit in long term. Multi-disciplinary approach coupled with strong capabilities and a holistic viewpoint to help them build world-class, multi-billion dollar companies. This improves cash flows, productivity, profits, and to fully grown organisations. We design and manage the portfolio professionally and further broken down into various programmes where the programmes are further broken down into respective arranged projects to achieve various objectives in a sequence to maximize profitability and shareholder value over the entire portfolio period. Service based approach includes: We render services for clients on professional tasks such as financial/ business review, marketing strategies, problems solving, taxation, project audit, mentor, coach, critical business advises, and other services. These services are usually repeatable to help clients to achieve a specified outcome. All services include consistent quality check to ensure minimum standards met. Post-engagement We strongly believe that the end is another beginning. The first seed is the wisdom gain from the previous experiences. Without this seed, we need to rebuild such wisdom before or during the next course of actions, which are both wasting of time and resources. Not reviewing these experiences is equal to wasting invaluable assets for future growth. We judge the outcomes of the engagement and learn how to be better next time. We conduct post-engagement review and insightful business review for clients to learn how can be we better, understand the business better, and detect possible danger ahead. We conduct regular follow up with the intention to understand clients and help them to grow smoothly.

Through agile approach, we respond to unpredictability through time boxed, incremental, interactive work cadences. Our vast knowledge and skills shaped us with the capabilities to make the best adjustments instantly to benefit the clients most in term of agreed packages and solutions proposed while still focus on the business goals.
