3. ‘’Grievance” is an English word
which come from the French
word “Grievance”. In English
its meaning is the real or
Francied basis of Grievance
or complaint.
According to Cherrington –
“ A Grievance is a work related complaint
or formal dispute that is bought to the
attention of management”.
Complaint made by an employee or the union about a job, person,
or condition that creates dissatisfaction or discomfort.”
5. A wage is monetary compensation
(or remuneration, personnel expenses, labor)
paid by an employer to an employee in
exchange for work done. Payment may be
calculated as a fixed amount for each task
completed (a task wage or piece rate), or at an
hourly or daily rate or based on an easily
measured quantity of work done.

One of the internal mobility of the employee is
