Practice makes perfect, and you can only improve by playing better players than you. Why is this? At each match you get beaten you learn the opponent’s techniques and integrate them into your game. (in attacking and defending). Until you do so, you just keep getting beaten. There is no choice but to progress technically, making you a stronger player.
