convincing people in the diocese
 that they need to keep up with
the times where technology and
communications are concerned.

   risking and overcoming the
 unknown electronic methods of

  members to use 21st century
  methods of communication.

  While most parishes do have
websites, they are not kept up to
date due to the aging population
         of their parish.

Low resources, high expectations;
  followed by frustration when
difficult priority decisions mean I
      can't support everyone.

Combining monitoring systems
for all platforms and unpacking
 key metrics to ensure greatest
     impact for audiences.

(dioceses, congregation staff) to
    "end users" in the pews.
