rectum for the past 5 hours associated with
dizziness, palpitations, and sweating.
●VS: BP 157/85 HR 104 RR 20 Temp 98.6 O2 sat
97% RA
●PE: Unremarkable except for generalized
abdominal pain, tachycardia, and BRBPR
