            •   Responsible for familiarizing myself with the insurance claims
                process.
            •   Responsible for familiarizing myself with the policies and procedures
                of Cypress Property and Casualty/Cypress Texas Lloyds.
            •   Provide excellent customer service by calling all Cypress
                policyholders immediately following the report of a claim to educate
                them of the process, to answer any questions, and to inform them of
                when to expect a call and from whom.
            •   Calls the policyholder's agent and other involved parties to establish
                a clear communication between the insured, their agent, and the
                representatives.
            •   Responsible for updating the database and ensuring that the most
                correct information is recorded.
            •   Responsible for keeping an organized calender to keep a concise
                record of when to call policyholders and agents concerning the
                progress of the claim
            •   Responsible for taking incoming calls from our policyholders and
                answering any questions they may have as well as transferring them
                to the appropriate party.
            •   Responsible for gathering and reporting data for analysis to improve
                the efficiency and productivity of the Customer Care Departments

     • - Responsible for familiarizing myself with health, vision, and other
        employee benefits in general and specifically as they are adapted to
        Aetna's benefits plan
     • -Receives calls from Aetna benefit participants and addresses their
        questions to the best of my ability and qualifications
     • -Transfers callers to the appropriate departments as needed

        website and providing them information concerning their elections.


2010 State Farm Catastrophe Services CSA Department (Spherion)
     • -Responsible for locating appropriate documents such as SOL's,
        Estimates, Drafts, and other documents
     • -Ensures that all documents are free of errors, matched
        appropriately, and mailed off to the correct policyholders
     • adheres to special instructions regarding specific claims including
        overnight mail, faxing documents, and following paper instructions
     • receives calls from policyholders, claim representatives, adjusters,
        and contractors and addresses their needs to the best of my ability
        and found the appropriate party to transfer them to.
     • types messages from callers and sends them to the
        appropriate team managers
     • relays print message documents to the appropriate team members
     • ensures that all closing duties are taken care of including locking the
        personal mail cabinet, refilling the printers with paper, and
        gathered imaging and routing documents from the other
        departments.

     • uses software from state farm including the website, reflections, and
        workflow in order to accomplish these tasks

     • Answers questions, educates Policy Holders on their insurance
        coverage, makes changes to policies, sells additional coverage, and
        does whatever it takes to please the customers.
•   Averages 150 telephone calls concerning clients and claims a day.
           Resolves all Policy Holder's requests and concerns in an efficient and
           upbeat manner. Handles each request and ensures each customer is
           satisfied on the first call.
       •   Provides outstanding customer service. Deals with customers with
           great patience, uses problem-solving skills, and gathers information
           and makes decisions. Demonstrates an understanding and
           commitment to first call resolution.
       •   Uses Microsoft Word and Outlook and prepares documents and
           correspondence.
       •   Manages/prioritizes workload.

2008   Counselor, Youth Center, Robins Air Force Base GA
       • Conducts and supervises appropriate programs, activities in a
          leadership capacity. Leads games and creates activities as planned.
       • Plans, implements and publicizes special events. Assists in the
          preparation of posters, bulletin boards and other means of
          advertisement. Ensures program information is available.
       • Assists Recreation Supervisor in the maintenance of records and
          completion of reports (i.e. Participation Usage Reports, time cards,
          incident/accident reports, etc.) as directed. Informs Supervisor of
          materials and supplies necessary to conduct programs.

       • Maintains and inventories property and equipment. Conducts regular
          safety checks of the area, and reports problems that need to be
          corrected. Reports any accidents, incidents, or industrial injuries
          immediately to Supervisor.
       • Attends appropriate staff meetings, training sessions.

          • Compares data with source documents, re-enters data in
          verification format to detect errors. Transcribes Adobe PDF into
          Excel spreadsheets. Compiles, sorts, and verifies the accuracy of

                   hedges. Waters lawns, trees, and plants. Gathers and removes litter.
                 •    Maintains and repairs tools, equipment, and structures such as
                 buildings, greenhouses, fences, and benches. Operates powered
                 equipment such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, chain-saws,
                 electric clippers, sod cutters, and pruning saws. Operates hand tools
                 such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge, brush trimmers,
                 and axes. Uses portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans.
                 • Follows planned landscaping designs to determine where to lay
                 sod, sow grass, or plant flowers and foliage. Trims and picks flowers,
                 and cleans flower beds. Hauls or spreads topsoil and straw over
                 seeded soil to hold soil in place.
