13. FOUNDATION DETAIL:
• The complete structure stands on floating raft foundation & pile
foundation for towers with more than 20 storey's.
• Floating raft foundation comprises of off loading earth load on raft by
creating basement underneath, so that their relief of earth removal load
is available to partially counter the loads of superstructure and the
balance structural loads are taken care by the foundation raft of the
basement.
• For tallest tower (G+26) pile depth – 32m
• P.C.C. – 1:4:8
• Depth of raft foundation is 1500mm.
• Grade of concrete used in shear walls & columns is M35 & in
raft and retaining wall is M25.
• For earth quake protection the basement has been divided into
parts into parts & vertical expansion joints have been given in
retaining wall up to 500mm below N.GL..
.
• As the height of the building increases, in case of tall structures, horizontal forces of earthquake / wind becomes dominating factor in terms of
structural design & drift.
• Shear walls provide lateral resistance to the building.Vertical plate-like RC walls are called Shear Walls. Shear walls are preferred in seismic
regions. In case of super structure shear wall system has been used.
• The grade of concrete varies:
From first floor to third floor – M35 , From third to seventh – M30 , From seventh to terrace – M 25

Conclusion:
- To conclude this, report , I would like to mention that when you are inside the building, you realize
that the building is not a only a mixture of non living materials, but the planning of the building is
the main factor that adds life to the building.
- The building is eco friendly as landscape is integrated as part of the building, which helps it to
become an energy efficient.
- Documenting this building was a pleasure, as the building has a lot to explore and is a really
simplified design solution housing a number of complex functions in a single envelope.
