• Sales : Planning Activities to achieve the Budgeted Numbers across various formats
• Gross Margin: Deliver the budgeted Gross Margin and increase the Margins year on year
• Days on Hand : Ensuring the Sales Growth with continuous decrease in the DOH. Make the Inventory on rotation such that Inventory Rotates on Credit Period.
