Our History <ul><li>Established in 1925, originally known as Zachariae Real Estate </li></ul><ul><li>By 1972,President Bill Thomas purchased the balance of the Company stock and became the sole owner. </li></ul><ul><li>In 1994, the Company joined the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates (“PREA”) and became Prudential Zack with 6 offices </li></ul><ul><li>In 2006, Prudential Zack and Prudential Premier Properties joined together creating a multi-office, Jersey Shore-focused brokerage stretching from Raritan Bay to Little Egg Harbor Inlet. </li></ul><ul><li>In 2006, the Company opened an office in Sea Girt, New Jersey. </li></ul><ul><li>In 2007, Prudential Zack was recognized by Real Trends as one of the Top 500 Largest Brokers in North America and entered PREA’s Gibraltar Circle as being in the top 50 of Prudential’s 680+ franchises. </li></ul>
