service dealers/franchisee network.
Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing them with pre/post technical
service assistance and achieving delivery and quality service norms.
Collecting & collating data on repeat jobs/ other specific complaints & discuss the
same with the manufacturing team for counter measures.
Finalizing annual maintenance contracts with the clients and making regular visits at
their end for handling their grievances.
Interacting with customers for solving their technical problems.
Imparting /organizing training programs for the service engineers/ customers &
driving them to achieve pre planned service targets.
