Managing the complete franchisee operations identifying new franchisees for
expanding the service network.
Handling verification of the franchisee and vendor bills for ensuring authentication.
Regularly visiting the franchisee and various dealers thereby ensuring smooth
workflow.
Technical Service Operations
Formulating service budgets, forecasts & operational plans and implementing cost-
saving measures at client end.
Supporting sales on technical aspects- product feedback, Presale inspections, Product
demos, competitor’s products comparison & technical discussions etc.
Ensuring immaculate service by servicing professional products at component level in
the field.
Analyzing the data Related to various Performance and Quality parameters of group.
Managing after sales service of professional products range as well as monitoring
service dealers/franchisee network.
Customer Support
Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing them with pre/post technical
service assistance and achieving delivery and quality service norms.
Collecting & collating data on repeat jobs/ other specific complaints & discuss the
same with the manufacturing team for counter measures.
Finalizing annual maintenance contracts with the clients and making regular visits at
their end for handling their grievances.
Interacting with customers for solving their technical problems.
Team Management
Imparting /organizing training programs for the service engineers/ customers &
driving them to achieve pre planned service targets.

like Fire/Non Fire Rated Rolling Shutters, Fire & Smoke Curtains, Fire Stopping System,
and Industrial Doors & Seating of all Kinds like Stadium Seatings, Lecture hall Seating,
Auditorium and Cinema Theatre Seating.
