our well-being is stress. Stress is the feeling in which
everything seems to become too much overloaded and
the person becomes worried about how to deal with it.
• Basically, anxiety is a symptom in which peoples start
getting many physical and mental disorders. Most of the
time anxiety starts with feeling of fear and after that it
gives muscle tension and sudden panic.

psychological symptoms.
• Physical – Headache, stomach ache, dizziness,
muscle tension, fast heartbeat, sweating and
shaking.
• Psychological- Restlessness, feeling of
insecurity, panic attacks or nervousness,
irrational anger, concentration problem.
5. How to overcome from it ?
It is necessary to make some changes in your life
style to overcome from Stress and Anxiety.
• Get enough sleep.
• Regular exercise and meditation.
• Have a proper diet.
• Limiting the medication, caffeine or alcohol.
• Identify the factors that triggers your stress and
avoid it.
• Talking to a well wisher or a friend.
