Consent Agenda defined: All items listed with an asterisk (*) are considered to be routine
business by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate
discussion on these items unless a council member or citizen so request, in which event the
item will be removed from the general order of business and considered in its normal
sequence on the agenda.
RESOLUTIONS
1.* Resolution ratifying the action of the Administration in the Public Auction of Twelve
(12) Abandoned Bicycles; Six (6) Abandoned and Twelve (12) Surplus Vehicles held
on 6 March 2009.
2.* Appointing impact Governmental Affairs to provide Special Governmental Affairs
Services for the City of Hoboken.
3.* Authorizing the submission of an application to the Hudson County Open Space
Trust Fund for Development Funds for Hoboken Cove Park.
4.* Authorizing the refund of tax overpayments ($21,275.86).
5* Authorizing the refund of tax appeals Hudson County Tax Board and State Tax
