Encore Careers - fit with holistic living, since they bring together aspects of who we are at a values level with creating a lifestyle that allows balance, sharing of our talents, fulfillment of purpose, and connection with people who share our passions and values. Our approach is to help clients create holistic, integrated lifestyles in the second half of life. While meaningful work, paid or unpaid, remains an important part of a balanced lifestyle in the second half, it is one piece of an overall lifestyle. Works will with clients in midlife and the second half of life. May also be useful when working with younger clients who are interested in creating meaningful work as part of a balanced lifestyle. There is a trend toward this with younger generations.
