1. الاهتمام بالاسنان اثناء التقويم

2. نبدا بالمأكولات الممنوعة مع التقويم
First we start with the prohibited
food during Orthodontic
treatment.

3. بعد عملية لصق الجهازامتنع عن الطعام لمدة
ساعتين ولا باس بشرب السوئل
After putting braces please don’t eat for 2
hours and its ok if you want to drink

5. بعد تركيب جهاز التقويم يفضل أن يبتعد المريض عن الأكل
الصلب أو اللاصق او كبير الحجم مثل )المكسرات، توفي
المقرمشات, كاراميل , العلكة، الشيكولاته, المياة الغازية(
After putting braces patient should stop eating hard,
sticky or big sized food such as (Nuts, chewing gums,
chocolates and Sodas)

6. الخضراوات و الفواكة و اللحوم كبيرة الحجم تقطع الي قطع
صغيرة
Fruits, vegetables and large pieces of meat,
must be eaten in small slices.
حيث أنها قد تؤدي إلى .كسر الجهاز وبالتالي إطالة مدة العلاج
Because it may break the braces and increase
the time of the treatment.

8. ثانيا: طريقة الاهتمام بالاسنان مع التقويم
Secondly: how to take care of your
teeth during Orthodontic treatment.

9. يجب أن يضاعف المريض درجة الاهتمام بصحته الفموية لأن
جهاز التقويم يمكن أن يساعد على التصاق أو تراكم بقايا
الطعام مما يسبب أمراض اللثة وتسوس الأسنان وظهور
رائحة كريهة بالفم وفشل لعلاج تقويم الأسنان فيما بعد
The patient should increase the degree of
attention to his oral hygiene because braces
can increase accumulation of food residuals
causing gum disease, tooth decay, bad
breathe and failure later on.

11. ماذا سيحدث اذا لم نهتم باسناننا
What will happen if we don’t take
care properly about our oral
hygiene

14. طرق اخري للاهتمام بالاسنان
Another ways for prevention
(Dental floss) خيط الاسنان
(Proxabrush) الفرش الصغيره لما بين الاسنان
(mouth washes) المضمضة بعد الوجبات
(Dental water jet) جهاز وترجيت

16. اذا كان هناك تقرحات ظهرت في اللثة فأستخدم
الشمع
If there is any ulcers you should cover
the braces with wax

19. إن علاج تقويم الأسنان هو عمل مشترك بينك وبين الطبيب ،
فتعاون معه من أجل ابتسامة أفضل.
And remember Orthodontic treatment is
cooperation between the patient and the
orthodontist for a better smile.
