2. On InDesign I
then viewed
baseline grid
so that when
using text, I
would know
where to
position it.
3. I then placed the three images that
I had manipulated on Photoshop
onto InDesign. After this I was able
to simply place all images in the
centre of the page on InDesign.
4. In order to put my masthead on my
contents page I simply opened my front
cover and selected the masthead and
copied it onto my contents page and then
adjusted the size.
5. This is my text that will be included on my
contents page as part of the editor speaks
section. I typed it on word so that I could
easily copy it onto InDesign into a text box
instead of typing it on InDesign.
6. This text is going to be placed
above the editor speaks text.
The font I have used is stencil
which is consistent font that I
have used on front cover as
well.
This is the title for my contents page
that will be placed underneath by
masthead. The font that I have used is
also stencil however I have changed the
colour to pink as it is part of my colour
scheme.
7. This is the title for one section of the
contents page. The font used is Stencil
which is another font that has
remained consistent throughout the
production of my front cover.
The font I have used here however is
Rockwell which is another font that has
consistently been used as well. Due to
the fact that this piece of text is placed
underneath I have chosen a smaller
font.
The font I have used here is also stencil. However
due to the fact that is a number I have used blue to
set it apart from the text.
8. I have used two fonts for this sections
which are Rockwell and Stencil. I have
also only used three colours which
relate back to my colour scheme. As a
result of this I have therefore shown
consistency throughout this page and
also linked it back to front cover page.
9. This is my final contents page.
Finally I inserted the page
numbers on the images that
related to the page. I have
used the colour pink because
when I tried to use blue or
black I found that they didn’t
show as clearly.
