15. Intrapersonal Intrapersonal communication is when you communicate with yourself. This can be described as talking to yourself or thinking. Ex: You are at the grocery store and are trying to remember the things you need to buy. You begin to think back and start reciting aloud the things you need. This is a form of communication within yourself.
