 We have been given a task form my teacher the task is to make a school
promotional movie to a group of year 6s and there parents.
 So the thing that we should do is that I have to not bore the audience and
we know the age of the year 6 (9- 10) the parents are like (21-50)
 The thing that we have to do is to know what to put in the promotional
movie that is to have kids having fun so the parents will see that this is a
good school and there kids will like to go here.
 the interviews is to interview the important people in the school like
head teacher, head of Maths, head of English, head of Science and the
head of sports (P.E)
 The reason that we picked these teachers is because that is the basic
subjects that jobs are looking for so parents will want there kids to do
good in them lessons and we will show kids doing well in lessens .
 The problem that we had about filming is that promotional was filming
the staffs because we had to arrange a meeting with them so we can
interview them so we had to arrange it in different days and we had to do
this in 1 weeks this is because we can put the filming on to one side and
we can work on the paper work
 There was another problem that accrued it was that the lessons this is
because we had to arrange that to and that meant that we had to film an
extra 3 days because there was no sports lesson in like 2 days.
 so after we did that we had to do paper work so we all decided to all right
owe own paper work so it will give less stress on grouped members.
 The interview we had to have like the most important teachers like the
head teacher
 We need to interview the important lessons like English, Maths, Science
and sports lessons (P.E)
 this is all important in a promotional movie because the parents and the
year 6 kid are the audience the audience need to see the most important
lessons because in the future they want there kids to get a good job and
them jobs need Maths or English or Science.
 the clips in promotional movie need to be fun and to make it fun we need
to show the kids in the school having fun with there education, playing
and working hard.
 The head teacher = Mr John Dowd
 Who looks after the students = PC Brown
 English teacher = Miss Swindle
 The head of Maths = Mr Sheffield
 Head of Science = Miss Burans
 Head of Sports (P.E) = Mr Johnson
Dark blue is the teachers role. = is the names of the teachers.
 We did a establishing shot of the hole school from the out
side so the audience will know that is the school
 Then we did a shot of the halls.
 This is because it will show the audience that the school is
big form the inside.
 For the interview shots we had to make the office of the
teachers more neat and more professional.
 This is because if the audience will be thinking if there office
is unorganized then the teacher will be unorganized in
lesion.

 The we had lot of editing problems the thing that was the editing this is
because we had a time table of editing because some people in my group
did not know how to edit.
 We had a solution that was that the people who knows how to edit will
have to pair with the person that did not know how to edit and help them
out.
 There was another problem with editing that was the class room that we
was using to edit was being used
 so we had to arrange to use the room so my teacher change owe room so
instead of using the normal room to the editing room so this really helped
the class with editing
 The red is the problems we had.
 The dark blues is the solutions we came up with.

meeting.

My presintation review

  • 2.  We have been given a task form my teacher the task is to make a school promotional movie to a group of year 6s and there parents.  So the thing that we should do is that I have to not bore the audience and we know the age of the year 6 (9- 10) the parents are like (21-50)  The thing that we have to do is to know what to put in the promotional movie that is to have kids having fun so the parents will see that this is a good school and there kids will like to go here.  the interviews is to interview the important people in the school like head teacher, head of Maths, head of English, head of Science and the head of sports (P.E)  The reason that we picked these teachers is because that is the basic subjects that jobs are looking for so parents will want there kids to do good in them lessons and we will show kids doing well in lessens .
  • 3.  The problem that we had about filming is that promotional was filming the staffs because we had to arrange a meeting with them so we can interview them so we had to arrange it in different days and we had to do this in 1 weeks this is because we can put the filming on to one side and we can work on the paper work  There was another problem that accrued it was that the lessons this is because we had to arrange that to and that meant that we had to film an extra 3 days because there was no sports lesson in like 2 days.  so after we did that we had to do paper work so we all decided to all right owe own paper work so it will give less stress on grouped members.
  • 4.  The interview we had to have like the most important teachers like the head teacher  We need to interview the important lessons like English, Maths, Science and sports lessons (P.E)  this is all important in a promotional movie because the parents and the year 6 kid are the audience the audience need to see the most important lessons because in the future they want there kids to get a good job and them jobs need Maths or English or Science.  the clips in promotional movie need to be fun and to make it fun we need to show the kids in the school having fun with there education, playing and working hard.
  • 5.  The head teacher = Mr John Dowd  Who looks after the students = PC Brown  English teacher = Miss Swindle  The head of Maths = Mr Sheffield  Head of Science = Miss Burans  Head of Sports (P.E) = Mr Johnson Dark blue is the teachers role. = is the names of the teachers.
  • 6.  We did a establishing shot of the hole school from the out side so the audience will know that is the school  Then we did a shot of the halls.  This is because it will show the audience that the school is big form the inside.  For the interview shots we had to make the office of the teachers more neat and more professional.  This is because if the audience will be thinking if there office is unorganized then the teacher will be unorganized in lesion.
  • 7. The arrows is showing how tide the office is to look more professional. We had to put all the red reports. The way Mr Dowd is sitting he has to sit up right so the audience will know this is professional. We had to make the text thing so on the white bored and it says there throw out the hole of the interview
  • 8.  The we had lot of editing problems the thing that was the editing this is because we had a time table of editing because some people in my group did not know how to edit.  We had a solution that was that the people who knows how to edit will have to pair with the person that did not know how to edit and help them out.  There was another problem with editing that was the class room that we was using to edit was being used  so we had to arrange to use the room so my teacher change owe room so instead of using the normal room to the editing room so this really helped the class with editing  The red is the problems we had.  The dark blues is the solutions we came up with.
