Office Manager - Maricopa Solar2009 – 2010 In charge of Maricopa Solar office, site safety coordination and all tours and events. Researched and developed employee health & safety, policy & procedure manuals which became the standard safety practices at all project sites. Prepared meeting slides, spreadsheets, notes and documentation which resulted in high quality presentations made by VP Projects, Project Director and Executive Assistant to agencies, consultants, customers and general public. Influenced department and reinforced positive team efforts which promoted employee engagement and satisfaction. Researched, planned and coordinated VP Projects and Project Director travel and materials for meetings which improved time management and meeting successes.
