south of St Lucia, Sugar Beach is unique in
being the only development on a Caribbean
World Heritage Site.

Kingsland Linassi have produced a modern
new logo based on an understanding of the

ISG JACKSON

Following a previously successful
rebrand, we were again asked to work
on the rebrand when the company was
acquired by the ISG Group.

We produce all the marketing material
for this large national construction
company and have introduced our Online
Community Engagement Tool (OCET)
into the business to help them better
engage with the communities in which
they operate.

THE LITTLE ICE CREAM CO.

We created a brand and designs for the
exterior and interior of the shops to create
an established feel to the business that had
customers instantly asking where their
other outlets could be found in the UK -
a great start.

We provided a kit of exterior and interior
elements that enabled the client to quickly
open new outlets and produced a ‘Scoop
Shop’ sub-brand for the smaller takeaway
offering.

AMAN VILLAS PORTO HELI

Amanresorts manages and markets small
luxury resorts worldwide, offering a guest
experience that is intimate and discreet
while providing the highest level of service.

We were asked to produce marketing
collateral to help bring the first
Amanresort in Europe to market. This
included a website, book and e-book for
agents to show on an iPad all finished
to the highest possible specification.

FIRLE ESTATE

One of England’s finest private country
estates needed a brand to not only reinforce
the centuries of heritage but also help
develop a successful commercial offer.

We produced an elegant brand inspired by
an early respresentation of the Gage family
shield. Its simplicity allows for contemporary
applications that compliment the family’s
vision for the estate. The new brand, website
and corporate literature pave the way for
a wide range of new ventures.

Since its launch, the website has attracted
a huge number of visitors and increased
wedding enquiries by over 10 times the
average. A great return on investment.

CHARLES CUMMING, HARPERCOLLINS

Charles Cumming, espionage writer
published by HarperCollins approached
Kingsland Linassi to create a new website
to support his novels and latest release
‘The Trinity Six’.

The site provides a biography of Charles,
overviews and excerpts of his novels along
with links to both UK and US retailers
offering users the ability to quickly find and
purchase his novels. The site has
integrated Twitter and Facebook feeds and
incorporates a series of interviews using
multi-platform video integration.

CARILLION

We were approached by Carillion to
produce a community engagement hub
website in support of their Wolverhampton
Building Schools for the Future (BSF)
programme.

The hub website gives an overall picture
of activity taking place and acts as a forum
for discussion on the issues and opinions
on education and the role of schools in the
community. We have also produced two
individual school OCETs that keep local
communities fully informed on the build
of their new facilities.

Based in the heart of the capital,
Landmass are developers of bespoke
homes in the most prestigious
addresses in London.

We work with the developer to bring each

the quality and attention to detail for which

TRINDLE RYMER IRENS

A brand to reflect the old fashioned service
and values they were bringing back to the
business. A more personal face-to-face
approach that had been lost during the
boom years.

We created a classic contemporary brand
inspired by the designs of the Nineteenth
Century architect, furniture and textile
designer William Morris, to support the
service and values Trindle Rymer Irens
were bringing back into their business.

We were approached by EUF, a leading
UK independent freight forwarders, to
design and build a website to update their
online presence.

We used their existing logo and
complimentary colour pallete to create
a fresh and intuitive website with bespoke

New Century Pictures.

Having been in the industry a number of
years and with a loyal client base, it was
Andrew and his talent that was behind the

LONG MEADOW, DISS

Crossover C-Zero build homes in the UK
in a revolutionary way and in partnership
with the Department for Energy and
Climate Change. Using sustainable
materials and innovation, the homes are
sold exclusively to the communities in
which they are built and at a substantial
market discount.

We worked with Crossover C-Zero to
produce a name and brand for this
revolutionary new development and a range
of marketing collateral to bring it to
market. The site launched with great
success and we are now moving into the
second phase of marketing.

Rupert Lowndes Property is a bespoke real
estate agency specialising in finding its
clients the perfect home in some of the
most sought after postcodes in London.

We created a brand that reflects the quality
of service provided by the company and,
at the same time, has a cultural reference
to the Lowndes family heritage. This was
reinforced by an elegant website and
beautifully produced, duplexed and foil
blocked business cards.

ART ON THE PROM

Art on the prom is a contemporary art fair
where artists display and sell original work.
It takes place on Felixstowe’s seafront
promenade where the setting adds an extra
dimension. Last year’s event featured over
80 artists covering a wide range of media
and attracted an estimated 20,000 people.

A bright and contemporary brand was
created with stylised brush strokes to
represent the artistic flair. The colours are
changed annually to denote the year.
