Surveys and assign to the doctors, where doctors needs to fill out the surveys with selecting the
appropriate information like Date, Activity, Completion time.
Application contains 3 types of users, Attending, Admin, and Finance.
Finance profile users will have the access to create user, create surveys, send remainders,
creating reports, etc….
Admin profile user will enters the information on behalf of the attending if the attending is on long
leave or any other cases, but finally attending only need to submit the survey.
Attending profile User will complete the survey filling appropriate activities done in that day and
enters hours and minutes taken to complete the activity. Once the survey period over after filling
all the information attending will submit (Approves) the survey. Finance user can have the access
to send back the completed survey to the attending.

This application is used to Credentialing or Re-Credentialing the inventory sent by the
client, Client will sent an inventory in daily, weekly, monthly basis then supervisor will upload
that inventory in to the application, supervisor can auto assign inventory to the "noncaller" by
providing userid in inventory file.
All assigned and new inventory will be routed to the noncaller bucket, then associate can
complete the record or he can route it to Caller or SME or Supervisor as per the business logic.
if associate route the record to caller for verification the caller will make call to the
provider and update the needed information. any case if the associate need to send a fax by using
this application associate can generate the word document based on the template and associate
can send the fax.
Supervisor can have an allot and re-allot option where supervisor can re allot any
inventory except in progress inventory, and supervisor have the flexibility to configure work flow
dynamically and can set the process priority for the users.
