  3. 3. THINGS THAT MAKE YOU FEEL ANGRY  You might feel angry when someone is mean to you, or when someone steals something from you.  You might feel angry when someone tells you ‘no’ and you cannot have what you want to have, or go where you want to go.
  4. 4. WHEN YOU FEEL ANGRY  You want to hit and kick and SCREAM!  You may want to STOMP your feet!  You may want to throw things around!
  5. 5. Remember, it is okay to feel angry but it is not okay to hit or throw things; you might hurt someone. If you do hurt someone, you must sorry for it.
  6. 6. VIOLENCE IS NOT OKAY  It is not okay to hit or kick anyone when you are angry.  It is not okay to throw anything around, even onto the ground.  It is better to keep your hands to yourself so you do not hurt anyone.
  7. 7. Feeling anger is part of life and that is okay. But you should learn how to control anger without hurting anyone.
  8. 8. When you get angry you must STOP! And take time to calm down.
  9. 9. WHEN YOU FEEL ANGRY  You must try to feel better by  stopping to take deep breaths.  In…and…out.  Or you can go to a nice quiet  Place and do something you enjoy
  10. 10. Ways to keep calm: Find a quiet place. Take a time out. Find something fun to do. Forgive and forget.
  11. 11. HOW TO FEEL BETTER  You can feel better by talking with someone who cares about you. You can tell them why you feel angry and that can help to take the anger away.  You should never be afraid to tell  Remember, having a nice cuddle with someone we love always makes us feel better!

  14. 14. You might feel mad or upset if you don’t want to do your work on time. It’s okay to not want to do something and feel upset.
  15. 15. Sometimes when you feel mad or things got out of control. It’s not okay for you guys to lose control on your self.Because it is not solution to a problem.
  16. 16. you might feel mad or frustrated if you make a mistake, if you can’t do something by yourself, It’s okay to feel mad or frustrated when you have a problem! But you should know how to tackle it
  17. 17. Tantrums don’t help you fix a problem!
  18. 18. Sometimes people feel mad or frustrated. Sometimes you also feel mad!
  19. 19. so you should remain calm trying to fix problems. Tantrums won’t help you to fix any problems.
