This document provides an overview of wikis and their use for educational purposes. It discusses that wikis can stimulate minds, enhance learning, and engage students. It then defines wikis as web pages that allow for collaboration through edit buttons. Wikis are described as flexible spaces to post activities, assignments, projects, and facilitate communication. The document outlines how to set up a wiki as a manager, create pages, enter text and links, and insert images and URLs. It also discusses inviting members and tips for using wikis.

It is a place to create and share with teachers, students and parents where you can share and celebrate successes and milestones. Wikispaces are simple enough for anyone to use, but have enough sophistication so that you can be creative and get things done.
