Team Profiling Why this is important? 1) The coach should be aware at all times of the reality,  the truth and the ideal situation. 2) They should strive and work towards the ideal. 3) They should accept the truth Real True Ideal Team Profile  (Design ends) -The squad which does not exist yet. -As a coach you still want to make based on the resources (money, players) availability.  -The squad that you actually end  up with. -The combination / squad in paper  that ought to be.
