A Virtual BBM Leader starts off the meeting Whoever would like to share something turns the “Feedback” flag on LiveMeeting to “Yellow” The Leader promotes that person to a “presenter” The new presenter can then share his or her desktop/program with everybody Anybody can open up a mic and jump in with comments or questions at any time The cycle continues with people taking turns being presenters
7. Sharing on LiveMeeting Use the Content menu and share a Program, all of your Desktop, or just a Selected Area (preferred approach, sharing only small area)
8. Asking Questions Use the LiveMeeting Q&A to ask questions at anytime (or use your mic if you have one)
