I am a hands-on User Experience (UX) Strategist, well versed in both design and research. Having a broad experience in exploiting the potentialities of the digital world, my aim is to build innovative experiences that reflect a perfect balance between user needs and business goals. With a strong leadership experience, I have been building products and services for the World Wide Web since 1997. My areas of expertise are Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Usability, among others. In addition, I have a lot of interest in researches concerning Design Thinking, Design-Led Innovation, and Engineering Innovation.
