%90 of the population has low self-esteem issue\n\nThink back to when you were a child. How many times did you hear the words: stop that, quit it, you're slow, you're fat, you're ugly, you're….fill in blank with your own experience. Kids can be pretty brutal. We always face with negative challange in life, beginning from childhood. These things lowers our self-esteem and a part us from achivements.\n\nStart from yourself ; discover brutal things saying to yourself and think that you're saying these to someone else. You'll understand how brutal to yourself. (Kaizen) \n\nWhen someone verbally attacks you may help you get through the moment. However, nothing could be further from the truth. Sticks and stones leave physical bruising and marks that for the most part, in time heal. Words on the other hand, while they do not leave outward sign of damage still cause hurt and pain. The scars are on the inside and cripple that intangible thing called our self esteem.\n
Because of these, positive thinking (challange, feed forward, ...) is the most important think when achieving, especially with team !\n

How can it be possible?\n

If you're going to be a positive challanger, before that you must be a positive thinker. But that is a long and very though journey !\n\nIt will take at least a year to build a new thought pattern, a positive pattern.\n\nWe said that being positive challanger starts with being positive. \nThan lets look deeply to how can we start being positive.\n

With this knowledge, we can use our precious time to make the many rewarding changes that are possible. We can live with less self-reproach and less remorse. We can live with greater confidence. This knowledge is a new understanding of who we are and where we are going. \n

A Misguided Maxim?\n“You can be anything you want to be, if you just try hard enough.”\n \nLike most people, I embraced this maxim at a young age. \nEmbracing the “You-can-be-anything-you-want to-be” maxim isn’t something we outgrow. Similar scenarios play out in the workplace every day. A star salesperson thinks she can be a great sales manager with enough effort. She interviews other managers to gain insight, reads every book on management she can find, and stays late every night trying to get the job done—at the expense of her family and even her health. Then, a few years into the job, she realizes that she doesn’t have the natural talent to develop other people. Not only is this a waste of her time, but chances are, she could have increased her contribution even more if she had stayed in the sales role—a role in which she naturally excelled. Yet if we want additional income, status, or responsibility, most organizational hierarchies force us into a very different role—instead of allowing for an entire career of progression within a specific role that fits our talents.\n\nThis might sound like a heretical point of view, especially for those of us who grew up believing the essential American myth that we could become anything we wanted.\n\nWhen we’re able to put most of our energy into developing our natural talents, extraordinary room for growth exists. So, a revision to the “You-can-be-anything-you-want-to-be” maxim might be more accurate:\n

To stay positive do small things in every day life.\nStart each morning with some positive exposure, wisdom or mantras...\n
# Think of introducing yourself to someone. “I would like to introduce (your name) to you. He/she is a wonderful friend, a great husband and father of 2 super kids. He is a strong manager, leader and an expert in (your field). Think of the positives you want to attract into your life and write a commercial about yourself possessing those qualities.\n\n# Violence generates negative and nervous energy. Violence wastes all your positive energy. Turn off the TV, especially the local news. Turn off the weather. Remember, as a child, looking up and opening your mouth to catch raindrops? I used to be amazed by rain droplets as a kid, then grew up and got bummed out when it rained.\n\n# Even if you dont feel like dedicating yourself to positive\n\n# Smile all the time. Lead with a smile, and the words and emotions will follow. Earn a smile from everyone you talk to. One note of caution. Respond to everything that happens to you in the positive. But explaining in deep. Because sometimes people dont understand what you are doing. Express yourself very Will, especially to supervisor.\n\n# Almost every successful person uses mantras. Mantras may give you focus and strength. “sometimes you just gotta say what the f...”! \n\nTake small but effective steps to building the life you deserve.\n

In this time of mounting economic issues, financial burdens, and the stress of everyday life many of us find ourselves in a state of constant worry. Worrying is not a solution to problems, but rather a non-productive way of thinking. These toughts takes away your positive point of view from your life. By finding ways to challenge these thoughts, we often can decrease worrying.\n\n“Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow, it only saps today of its joy”\n Leo Buscaglia\n\n\n

First of all, everyone in my team must be sharing same vision and volunteered.\n\nThen everyone must take a proved test to analyze themselves in tangible ways.\n\nAfter analyzing ourselves deeply, we talked about which things each of us are going to do or not to do, according to positivity level and strenghts.\n\nThen we start to use simple everyday to do's, to be more positive on the short run. Unfortunately i can not say anything about results right now, because building a new pattern - changing habbits - takes a lot time more than 2 months. \n\nBut i can say that we just started to see a lot of differences around us. \n
